We are expanding our production capacity with new investments in our Niğde factory!
As Işıl Tekstil, we continue to expand our production capacity and strengthen our quality policy with additional investments at our Niğde Factory. In this scope, we have enhanced our production line with Rieter E90 combers and Trützschler carding machines for higher production efficiency and better quality.
High Quality
- Controlled Fiber Processing: From the point where the fiber processing begins, we ensure clean fibers enter the production line through controls with Jossi and Loptex foreign matter separators. At the end of this production line, errors in yarn are reduced to almost negligible levels with the latest technology yarn inspectors Uster Quantum4 and Leopfe Prizma installed on the winding machines.
Superior Performance
- Maximum Production: Alongside our existing Rieter combers and C70 carding machines, the addition of Trützschler combers and TC19 carding machines enables us to achieve better combing and cleaning capabilities.
- Increased Efficiency: We aim for top quality with the Rieter E90 combers added to our existing Rieter E76 combers, targeting a 22% reduction in waste. Continuing down the line, the latest Marzoli roving machines ensure the best roving and twisting quality, while the new Rieter K48 ring spinning machines enable high-quality yarn production. During the winding stage, world-leading Murata winding machines ensure flawless yarn winding free from defects.
With these new investments in our Niğde Factory, we are advancing our high efficiency and quality policy. By utilizing modern production techniques, we continue to make challenging solutions possible, offering our customers the best solutions.
